In-house team, sealed dust extraction, three sanding grits, stain (if any), then two or three coats of Bona finish. Daily clean-up.
Twelve months in, we follow up with maintenance advice tailored to how your floor has worn so it keeps looking the way it did on day one.
We finish every floor with products from Bona or Osmo. These Swedish and German manufacturers set the benchmark for wood-floor coatings. Both cost us more than the cheaper trade alternatives. We use them anyway because nothing else lasts as long under London foot traffic.
