Fulham is dense terrace housing for the most part, long streets of Victorian and Edwardian two- and three-storey terraces, with original pine boards under decades of carpet. The recurring SW6 job is the young-family refurbishment: a couple buying their first house, redoing the floors before kids arrive, asking for a clean natural finish that'll hide the inevitable scratches.
