Victorian terrace pine, conversion-flat refinishing and family-house projects for the long terraces of SW6 between Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green.

Fulham is dense terrace housing for the most part, long streets of Victorian and Edwardian two- and three-storey terraces, with original pine boards under decades of carpet. The recurring SW6 job is the young-family refurbishment: a couple buying their first house, redoing the floors before kids arrive, asking for a clean natural finish that'll hide the inevitable scratches.
The other strand of Fulham work is conversion-flat refinishing, first- and second-floor flats in converted Victorian houses, where the original floor is a mix of pine and patched repair from previous building works. These tend to be smaller projects (one-bed flats, 30–40 m²) but they're a good fit for the way we work and we get a lot of them through word of mouth.
Housing stock: Victorian and Edwardian terraces across the borough, conversion flats on the main roads, rear extensions over engineered floors and the occasional listed building near the river.
Coverage: Fulham is a 30-minute drive for us. We work SW6 every couple of weeks and survey turnaround is usually within the week.

Learn moreAlmost always. Carpet protects the timber from light and abrasion, and Fulham terraces tend to have well-laid Victorian pine. The most common issues are minor staining and the gaps from seasonal shrinkage, both of which we resolve in the standard process.
We default to Bona Craft Oil 2K or Osmo Polyx-Oil for family homes, both are food-safe once cured (which takes a week), and both are repairable in patches if there's a scratch or scuff later.

Our sanders run on sealed Bona and Lägler extraction units that capture around 95% of the dust at source. You won't get the cloud-the-house effect that older sanders leave behind.
Yes. We work room by room and leave the rest of the house usable. You can sleep in the property the same night a sand is happening, in a different room.
