Georgian and Victorian house floors, river-side mansion flats, and the parquet finds that come out of cellar conversions across TW9 and TW10.

Richmond brings us older housing stock than most of South London, substantial Georgian and Victorian houses around the Green, the Hill and Petersham Road, and a heavy concentration of period mansion blocks along the river. The floors are older and the standards are higher, which we appreciate. We've worked on several listed properties in TW10 and can supply conservation officers with specification sheets when needed.
The most rewarding Richmond jobs are the substantial original parquet runs that come out of period houses during ground-floor refurbishments. Often the blocks have been carpeted over for forty years and look terrible at first sight, but underneath the carpet glue and tar there's a piece of oak parquetry that's effectively been preserved by being hidden. After restoration, it tends to be the most considered surface in the house.
Housing stock: Georgian houses around Richmond Hill, Victorian and Edwardian terraces toward Kew, mansion blocks along the river, modern conversions in central Richmond.
Coverage: Richmond is a 35–40 minute drive for us. We work the area monthly and book surveys within the week.

Our sanders run on sealed Bona and Lägler extraction units that capture around 95% of the dust at source. You won't get the cloud-the-house effect that older sanders leave behind.
Yes. We work room by room and leave the rest of the house usable. You can sleep in the property the same night a sand is happening, in a different room.
